A check for 1,000 euros can be yours thanks to the commercial campaign that the real estate portal Servihabitat has just launched. The company specifies in a press release that it “offers a check for up to 1,000 euros in aid so that buyers can meet the first expenses of more than 17,000 assets spread throughout the national territory.”
Specifically, the promotion includes a check for 750 euros for purchases and sales of amounts between 50,000 euros and 100,000 euros, and one for 1,000 euros for transactions of amounts greater than 100,000 euros.
The initiative, which is called ‘Help check for notary expenses’, “aims to put the focus on the individual client and includes a variety of properties with the aim of continuing to energize all market segments. In detail, the promotion highlights around 7,800 parking spaces, around 3,000 homes, more than 1,850 premises, 400 storage rooms, and more than 200 offices and industrial warehouses,” the company indicates.
Likewise, “the campaign also covers land products, with more than 3,650 assets included, among which a wide selection of urban and solar land stands out (with 2,138 units included in the promotion),” adds Servihabitat.
