Nunung praised Seto as the leader figure that Makassar needs today. With his young age and experience as the Regent of Sinjai for the 2018-2023 period, Seto is considered an ideal representation for millennials.
“Seto understands what the younger generation wants. His programs touch all groups, especially young people, such as providing jobs and MSME training,” said Nunung.
Likewise with his partner, Rezki, who is experienced in the legislative field. At the age of 37, he has been elected twice as a member of the South Sulawesi DPRD. The combination of executive and legislative experience from this pair is a strong attraction for the young generation in Makassar City.
In this discussion, one of the things that came up was the availability of jobs for junior high and high school graduates. In response to this, Seto explained his flagship program, “Makassar Nyaman,” which offers real solutions for the younger generation.
“We will form UMKM training and assist them in marketing their products, so that young people who want to become entrepreneurs get full support from the city government,” said Seto.
