jpnn.comJAKARTA – The settlement of honorariums is certain to be delayed from the set deadline, namely December 2024.
Honorary workers also urged that Law Number 20 of 2023 concerning the State Civil Apparatus or ASN Law be revised again.

Secretary General of the Indonesian Non-Category Two Honorary Forum (FHNK2I) for Education Personnel (Tendik) Herlambang Susanto revealed that Article 66 of the ASN Law has set a deadline for the completion of non-ASN personnel in December 2024.

This means, he said, that there are only five months left for the government to complete the honorary work through the appointment of government employees with work agreements or PPPK 2024.

However, the problem is that it is not clear when the PPPK selection will open this year, which has raised doubts among honorary workers.

“There needs to be additional policies or changes to Article 66 of the 2023 ASN Law. Otherwise, all policies violate the law,” Herlambang told JPNN.com, Friday (12/7).

He added that the DPP FHNK2I Tendik management had also held an audience with the relevant ministries.

In addition to requesting the issuance of a nomenclature for the formation of educational staff, they also hope for an extension of time for honorary or other names who this year have not had the opportunity to participate in the recruitment of prospective state civil servants (CASN).

“We are asking for an allocation of positions and formations that can be synchronized with the current formation based on the job map and honorary education qualifications,” he said.

The settlement of honorariums is certain to be delayed and not completed this year, the 2023 ASN Law is also being urged to be revised again
