In a number of districts of Sevastopol, electricity was cut off due to bad weather, RIA Novosti reports, citing the press service of the city government.

Earlier, the Ministry of Emergency Situations warned of possible emergencies due to hurricane winds in Crimea.

“Automation worked at substation 330. Specialists are working to eliminate it,” the press service said.

At the same time, the city government did not specify the number of subscribers left without electricity. Due to unfavorable weather conditions, the road through the Sevastopol Bay was also blocked.

On November 29, the head of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, said that due to bad weather, about 37,000 people were left without electricity in Crimea. In particular, electricity was cut off in Simferopol, nearby villages and three villages of Alushta.
