Two decades ago, a series of studies revealed very interesting aspects of sex and homosexuality. In the journal Nature it was said that men have significantly longer ring fingers than their index fingers, that is, the ratio I/A (index/ring) is relatively small compared to women, and also, and therein lay the interest of the news, compared to gay men. In another study, carried out with 23,410 men and women, homosexual and heterosexual, revealed that certain echoes that the cochlea of the ear emits in response to sounds of very short duration differ between men and women, and homosexual and bisexual women have a pattern of emission of those intermediate echoes. A year ago, a study published in the journal Science, carried out on half a million people, revealed that it is not a single gene that determines whether a person will be homosexual, but hundreds of gene variants. These studies reveal that human sexuality is a continuum, we all have some masculine, some feminine and some homosexual in our genes.
