Shabbat Hebrew: listen to the songs chosen by the members of the “Cloud on a Stick” project

by time news

There is no one who does not know the children’s writer Rinat Hopper. Her favorite books, including ‘Ayelet Teiylat’, ‘Hanan the Gardener’, ‘Letters in Nonsense Juice’ and ‘Hatsev Bezbutz’ are found in every Israel children’s library. ‘Enan on a stick’ is a show where you get Hoper’s songs to refreshing and uplifting tunes, the fruit of Didi Shahar’s tunes.

The participants of the show, besides Shahar himself, Idan Alterman/Tomer Sharon, Yordan Bar Kochva/Anbal Smeder and Tal Belchrovitch bring pictures from the life of a dreamy girl named Amli and all this in an entertaining and imaginative way. From a small show at the piano festival in 2012, the musical show for the whole family became a great success on stages throughout Israel.

The upcoming shows of ‘Cloud on a Stick’ will be on April 1 at Hod Hasharon Ecological Park (tickets), on April 10 at Ariel Sharon Park in Tel Aviv (tickets) and on April 15 at Gray Yehud (tickets).

As part of the project ‘Artists Editing Shabbat Hebrew’, exclusive to 103fm’s digital, the members of the ensemble chose songs by Eric Einstein, Shoshana Demari, Margalit Tsenani, Meshina, Yehudit Ravitz and Yehuda Polikar, among others. Take your time, and fly on a musical cloud together with them. Pleasant listening!
