Pakistan – West Indies won the first 2 matches of the three-match ODI series 2-0 after winning the series 2-0 in Multan today.
Pakistan captain Babur Assam won the toss and elected to bat. Shahnawaz Dahani, a 23-year-old fast bowler, made his ODI debut for Pakistan. Shaheen Shah Afridi gave him the cap.

Batting first, Pakistan’s opener Faqir Zaman and Imam-ul-Haq got off to a good start. Faqir Zaman scored 35 runs. Babur Assam were bowled out for one, Rizwan for 11 and Mohammad Harris not out for a run, while Imam-ul-Haq, who scored a half-century, was bowled out for 62. Pakistan lost 5 wickets for 117 runs.
The match was interrupted for a while due to dust storm between the matches and was reduced to 48 overs. Khushdil Shah and Shatab Khan formed a partnership between Pakistan and Pakistan, who lost 5 wickets for 117 runs.
