Following the huge success of Ponni’s Selvan, Karthi starrer Sardaar is releasing on Diwali. This movie is directed by PS Mithran who directed Iron Curtain. This film is made in spy thriller action genre.
It stars Rashi Khanna, Rajisha Vijayan and others along with Karthi. Karthi is featured in 2 characters. GV Prakash Sardaar has composed music for the film. Recently, the teaser of this film was released and it created anticipation.
The trailer launch of Karthi starrer Sardaar directed by PS Mithran was held at a famous mall in Chennai. Actor Karthi, actresses Laila, Rashi Khanna, Rajisha Vijayan, director PS Mithran, producer Laxman and many others participated in it.
Speaking at the event, actor Karthi narrated a one-line story of a theater actor who joins the army and becomes a spy during the 1980s period of the film Sardaar. Loved that idea. After that he started writing the story. It was only when the story was finalized that I was confirmed to play two roles in Sardaar.

The latest update of Shahrukh Khan-Nayanthara starrer ‘Jawan’ is out.
Directed by Atlee, the shooting of Jawaan starring Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, Priyamani, Yogi Babu and others is going on briskly. Anirudh is composing the music for this film.
