Arnold participated in a test in which he first had to answer five questions about the ITV series (the channel he hosts), with a giant snake placed around his neck. After that, he moved on to the more difficult stage where he had to find things inside boxes full of cockroaches, worms and a lizard.

He succeeded in all the tasks that were put before him, but in the last task Arnold broke down. He had to drink a shake made from the internal parts of a cow including heart and kidneys. Although he managed to drink the entire glass in one go, Arnold immediately had a tough choice, turned away from the cameras and began to put his hat over his face and throw up. The presenters Richard Medley and Susanna Reid panicked and screamed as they watched their colleague try to stop himself from throwing up. Watch the segment in question:
