Shaomi has unveiled the Xiaomi 12 Lite with Snapdragon 778G and 108-megapixel camera

Just days after announcing the Xiaomi 12S series with the flagship 12S Ultra among the most powerful today, the company launched another and more modest model – the Xiaomi 12 Lite.

This is one of the more colorful devices that Shaomi recently launched when it is available in light pink, light green, light blue and black. It is based on the Snapdragon 778G processor with 5th generation support alongside 6 or 8 GB of working memory and 128 or 256 GB of internal storage respectively.

Xiaomi 12 Lite comes with a 6.55-inch AMOLED screen that supports a high refresh rate of 120 Hz and a touch sample of 240 Hz. There is also support for HDR10 + and Dolby Vision with an aperture at the end that houses the front camera with a 32-megapixel sensor from Samsung.

The main camera array of the Xiaomi 12 Lite is of course in the back with a 108 megapixel HM2 sensor also from Samsung in an aperture key of f / 1.9. Next to it is another pair of cameras, one 8-megapixel with an ultra-wide lens and 2 megapixels for macro photography.

The Xiaomi 12 Lite has a 4,300 mAh battery that supports 67 watts fast charging. It runs the Android 12 system with MIUI 13 interface. It also has a pair of stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support, WiFi 6 connectivity, Bluetooth 5.2 and dual SIM working capability.

The price starts at about $ 400 (about NIS 1,400) for the basic model and up to about $ 500 for the 8/256 GB model. The early sale starts in selected areas and its price in Israel is not yet known.
