Actor Ian Ziering, best known for his role in “Beverly Hills, 90210” and the “Sharknado” franchise, found himself in the midst of a violent altercation on Los Angeles’ Hollywood Boulevard on New Year’s Eve. The 59-year-old actor was captured on video being pummeled by a group of mini-motorcycle riders in a shocking daylight brawl.

The incident, which took place around 3 p.m. near the famous corner of Hollywood and Highland, was captured on video and posted to TMZ. Ziering was seen scuffling with one of the reckless riders before being surrounded by as many as four helmeted individuals who threw punches and kicks. One of the attackers even brandished a motorcycle helmet as a weapon.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the altercation ensued after the mini-motorcycle riders drove recklessly and struck Ziering’s vehicle. By the time law enforcement arrived on the scene, the bikers had fled, and the investigation is ongoing.

Ziering has not released a statement on the incident, and his social media accounts have been inactive since the altercation. It was reported that Ziering was listed as a victim in an official police report, and as of Sunday evening, no arrests had been made in connection to the incident.

In a later video posted by TMZ, Ziering was seen comforting his visibly upset 12-year-old daughter, Mia, following the altercation. Despite the shock of the incident, both Ziering and his daughter appeared to be physically unharmed.

As the investigation continues, fans and the public are left wondering about the circumstances that led to the violent brawl on one of Hollywood’s most iconic streets.
