The death of a Plus 2 student who ate shawarma in Kerala has come as a shock.

Devananda is a Plus 2 student from Kasaragod district of Kerala. Devananda, 16, was studying at a high school in the Karivellur area.

Meanwhile, Devananda Shawarma had lunch with his school friends at the Ideal ice cream parlor near the school last Friday.

However, Devananda, a student who ate shawarma, fell ill with vomiting and dizziness. More than 30 people who ate shawarma at that shop like him fell ill.

Following this all of them were admitted to Kasaragod District Hospital. Student Devananda died today while receiving treatment there. The incident has caused a great stir in Kerala. The spoiled shawarma is served cold to customers. Shocking news has come out that student Devanta has died due to ill health of many who ate it.

Following this, the shop employees were arrested and the shop was sealed. The owner of the store, Mohammed, is currently in the Middle East. Mohammad has been summoned by the police following the incident. Similarly, police have arrested Nandesh Roy from Nepal, who made the shawarma, and Anas, who ran the shop.

Meanwhile, food safety officials are conducting raids on food and beverage outlets across the state following the death of Plus 2 student Devananda who ate shawarma. Meanwhile, the district administration has issued an order to immediately close shawarma shops across Kasaragod district.
