As Day.Az reports, the winner of the 4th Open Championship of the Ojag Sport club in rhythmic gymnastics, Nilay Guliyeva, who took first place in the program of exercises with clubs among gymnasts born in 2016 (category B), told Trend on Thursday.
“My sister was involved in rhythmic gymnastics, and following her example, I also came to sports. I attend training with great enthusiasm. I prepared for the club championship purposefully and with full dedication, and this brought me a gold medal,” noted a student of the Ojag Sports club “.
According to the young gymnast, all participants in the competition demonstrate beautiful performances.
It should be noted that the 4th Open Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship of the “Ojag Sport” club is taking place on April 4-6. More than 180 gymnasts take part in the competition.
Along with representatives of the Ojag Sport club, pupils of the Specialized Children and Youth School of Olympic Reserve in Gymnastics, the Republican Complex Sports School, the Aquatic Sports Palace, the Zira Cultural Center, the branch of the Ojag Sport club in the village of Govsan and Olympic sports complex in Shagan.
Competitions are held in several age categories.
