In an interview with the media, the president-elect, Sheinbaum commented that the team of the Ministry of Finance and Public Creditfrom the administration of President López Obrador, remains for his administration, because: “It is a very good team, it is an honest team, and they know public finances, our project, so I am very happy working with all of them”he said.
Upon leaving the transition house, Claudia Sheinbaum, president-elect, reported that she will hold a meeting with the Secretary of Finance, Rogelio Ramírez de la O, with whom she is working on next year’s budget, but ruled out the creation of new taxes.

Regarding the approval of the reform to the Judicial Branch in 18 local Congresses, the future president celebrated that President López Obrador’s initiative is a reality and stressed that it is significant because this weekend Mexico celebrates its independence.

Regarding the comments made by the United States Ambassador to Mexico, Ken Salazar, who mentioned that democracy in Latin America is faltering, the president-elect, Claudia Sheinbaum, responded: “What more democracy, that judges are elected by the people.”
Sheinbaum also indicated that foreign investors do not have to worry about judicial reform, much less the free trade agreement, since there are things that only correspond to Mexicans.
Meanwhile, Claudia Sheinbaum shared part of her national agenda, where she will accompany President Andrés Manuel López Obrador to the cry of independence, and the military parade.
