The actress Claudia Alencar remains admitted to a hospital in Rio de Janeiro, after being diagnosed with a serious bacterial infection. According to the artist’s advisor, although she has shown improvement in her condition, she still there is no forecast for an increase.
The son of the former Globo actress, Yannn Hatchuel, informed in a note that his mother has not been walking anymore.
“I’m relieved that the bacterial infection is well controlled, but now I worry about this new problem. Even after the surgery and with the infection in a more acute state, my mother was doing well. As this month passed, pain began to appear and get worse. At this point, she is no longer walking,” he said. “I’m really hoping that they can uncover the diagnosis so they can treat what’s happening. It’s very difficult.”
According to the medical bulletin released by Clínica São Vicente, where she has been hospitalized for a month, Claudia is in a stable condition. New tests should help doctors better understand the syndrome that affects her.
“Ms. Claudia G. Alencar remains hospitalized, maintaining a stable clinical condition and laboratory improvement, using the same antibiotics. She is undergoing new tests to clarify her pain syndrome. For now, there is no forecast for hospital discharge”, informs the bulletin .
