The ICT campus is located in Be’er Sheva and covers 180 dunams. As part of the agreement signed, Shikun VeBinui will pay Afi Properties a total of NIS 195 million for its holdings in the franchisee and operator of the project and for the repayment of the owner loan provided by Efi Properties to the franchisee. Efi will post a capital gain from the sale of NIS 61 million.

The ICT campus project is one of the flagship projects within the framework of the IDF’s transition to the Negev program.

The project is operated by the franchisee for 20 years and includes a wide range of services designed to enable a high level of service for all base users, providing maintenance services for buildings and infrastructure, catering services, operation of service centers, advanced IT services, cleaning and more.
