Housing and Construction continues to accumulate interesting properties. The company today acquired Muffy Properties’ share in the concessionaire that will operate the army’s new ICT campus and is located in Be’er Sheva for NIS 195 million, meaning that the operating value of the ICT camp set for the transaction is almost NIS 400 million.
The ICT campus is located in Be’er Sheva and covers 180 dunams. As part of the agreement signed, Shikun VeBinui will pay Afi Properties a total of NIS 195 million for its holdings in the franchisee and operator of the project and for the repayment of the owner loan provided by Efi Properties to the franchisee. Efi will post a capital gain from the sale of NIS 61 million.

The ICT campus project is one of the flagship projects within the framework of the IDF’s transition to the Negev program.
The project is operated by the franchisee for 20 years and includes a wide range of services designed to enable a high level of service for all base users, providing maintenance services for buildings and infrastructure, catering services, operation of service centers, advanced IT services, cleaning and more.
The project is the first project that is expected to include the transfer of a significant population of permanent personnel and soldiers from the Negev’s technological elite units, including the technological units of the ICT and Cyber Defense Division, the Air Force Technology Unit and the Southern Command Headquarters. The campus is in advanced stages of construction, and its construction is expected to be completed in 2024.
