There are still about four months left for the 2023 edition of Shimano Fest and it is already possible to guarantee that the biggest bike festival in Latin America is a success. This is because the areas available for exhibitors are rapidly running out. In its 13th year, Shimano Fest will take place from August 17th to 20th, at Memorial da América Latina, in the West Zone of São Paulo.
With a 19% growth in the area of the fair compared to last year, the organization attests to the great interest of companies linked to the bike market in Brazil and abroad, especially in Latin America with brands from Argentina and Colombia interested in exhibiting at the festival. from Brazil.
This year’s event will feature five large spaces dedicated to exhibitions: Expo Tent, which houses the main automakers, Diversity Tent, Entrance Tent, Store Area and the new STEPS Area. In all, the event already has an excellent occupation, with few spaces left for commercialization. Organizers suggest brands interested in participating to hurry up and look for the Shimano Fest commercial.
“Since the official presentation of Shimano Fest, at a launch event held on March 22nd, the response from both potential exhibitors and the public has been excellent, with great demand from brands and comments from consumers on social networks”comments Susana Martin, Shimano Latin America marketing manager.
More space and structure
The creation of the STEPS Area brings more options to exhibitors. Attached to the Entrance Tent, which was a very busy place at last year’s event, the STEPS Area offers new spaces for stands and activations, which brings opportunities for brands that were on the waiting list in 2022.
Another novelty is the remodeling of the store area. In 2023, they will be standardized, with witch hat tents to facilitate the logistics of exhibiting shopkeepers, but the main focus is on safety, to prevent the tents from being damaged by the wind.
Test-ride, Short Track and much more
Shimano Fest 2023 will also bring news to offer more comfort to thousands of visitors, such as the more fun layout of the Test-Ride route. Tenda Expo, the largest at the event, will once again feature major automakers. The Mountain Bike Short Track competition track and the traditional Music Show Stage are also confirmed attractions at the “Side of the Hand” of the Memorial.
Together with the product exhibition fair, the attractions of Shimano Fest 2023 will have eight spaces: Kids Arena, Radical Arena, Alpha FM Studio, Diversity Stage, Show Stage, Test-Ride, MTB Short Track Competition and Food Court. All this in addition to the Pedal Santuu & Shimano bike tour.
