Shivratri festival should be held inside the temple – Hindu Charitable Trust withdraws from protest | Maha Shivratri festival to hold only inside TN Temples

Chennai: The Tamil Nadu Hindu Charities Department has ordered that the Mahasivarathri festival in Tamil Nadu should be held only inside the temple.

Minister Sekarbabu had said that the Shivaratri festival would be held in public on behalf of the Hindu Charities Department. There was strong opposition to this.
