Shmuel // Zappa Herzliya
The cult hip-hop musical “Shmuel”, with the music of Roi Doron and the songs and the crazy flow of Neta Viner, is going on a national tour a little less than a year after hatching from the egg of the Temune Theater. The play was written by Tomer Avraham, and it deals with a guy named June who wakes up terrified in hell after losing the battle against depression and ending his life. There he meets Adolf Hitler, who is in charge of the suicide wing, who helps him in his journey back to the world of the living in order to save his only friend – Shmuel. This is his hamster. Yoni must do the impossible and win the rap battles in all sections of hell and the result is enormous fun for viewers in the hall, a hysterical cult and the Golden Hedgehog Award for 2022.
