Jewelery lovers have been shocked by the price of jewelery gold in Chennai, which has crossed Rs 42,000 per bar.
As of this morning in Chennai, the price of 22 carat jewelery rose by Rs 39 to Rs 5,260 per gram and a sawan rose by Rs 312 to Rs 42,800. Silver rose by 50 paise to Rs 74 per gram and sold at Rs 90 paise. In the last 9 days, the price of gold sawan has increased by Rs 1,400.
