Sacramento: Two people were injured in a shooting at a Sikh Gurdwara in America. Both the injured are in serious condition. The shooting took place at a Gurdwara in California’s Sacramento County at 2.30 pm local time. The police said that they have started searching for the accused.
Sacramento County Police spokesman Amar Gandhi said the attack was carried out by three people. Hatred is not behind the shooting. Amar Gandhi stated that the shooting was done by two people who knew each other.
According to the Gun Violence Archive database, there were 44,000 gun-related deaths in the United States last year alone. About half of these cases involve murder, accidents, self-defense and suicide.
