Paris: Three people were killed in a shooting in central Paris on Friday. Four people were injured. Two of the injured are in critical condition. The shooting reportedly took place at the Kurdish cultural center and a nearby restaurant and saloon. The police said that the 62-year-old shot and arrested the accused.

The motive behind the attack is unclear. But authorities confirmed he was arrested a year ago for attacking refugee tents in Paris and was only recently released. The police have also recovered the gun used in the attack.
