There is a shortage of more than ten drivers and conductors in each depot. As a result, all the buses are unable to run on time 100%. Drivers and conductors who return home after work at night are forced to continue working the next day. Although a few people accept this, many people refuse to accept it. Thus, the branch managers get jobs by begging, extorting and threatening the workers. This is creating a lot of discontent among the transport union workers. Therefore, the government should take appropriate steps to appoint additional drivers and conductors.
