Moscow: 15 people died in a fire in a cafe in the Russian city of Kostroma. Many people were injured in the accident. The accident happened yesterday morning. Kostroma Governor Sergey Sitnikov announced that around 250 people were evacuated from the accident site. The condition of five injured people is serious.
