A number of Russian regions will face bad weather in the coming days, said Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia.
Dangerous weather events, heavy rains and winds up to 24 meters per second await the Krasnodar Territory, including Sochi, but the worst weather will be in the Volgograd Region, where winds of up to 27 m / s are expected.
“Heavy rains are also predicted in the Stavropol Territory, Karachay-Cherkessia, Kabardino-Balkaria,” the forecaster said. Heavy rains, which will contribute to a rise in the water level in the Amur, await the south of the Far Eastern Federal District – Buryatia, the Amur Region, the southern part of the Khabarovsk Territory and Yakutia.
