The capital’s Prosecutor’s Office reported that a judge declared the case complete arrest warrant during the hearing, after which the Public Prosecutor of the General Coordination of Investigation of Gender Crimes formulated the corresponding accusation.

For its part, the defense of the accused requested the duplication of the constitutional term, which was granted by the judging authority, under the precautionary measure of pretrial detention.
The voice actor was arrested last Saturday inside the Mexico City International Airport (AICM) by elements of the Investigative Police (PDI) of the capital’s Prosecutor’s Office for their possible participation in the crime of sexual abuse against a woman, after which he was transferred to the Northern Men’s Preventive Prison.
