On May 9-11, Shusha, the cultural capital of Azerbaijan, will host the Kharybulbul International Music Festival, organized by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Ministry of Culture.

It should be noted that the city of Shusha in 2023 was declared by the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY) as the “Cultural Capital of the Turkic World”.
