SICT convenes forums for the creation of the National Development Plan

The Secretariat of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation (SICT)calls for participation in the forums that will be held for the preparation of the National Development Plan 2025-2030Tomorrow will be the last day of registration.

Organized by the SICTboth forums are held in Jalisco and San Luis Potosínext January 14, where the objective is to comply with the consultation process among citizens and thus collect the opinions and proposals of the population to define the public policies that will guide the actions of the Government headed by president Claudia Sheinbaum.

The topics of the forums will be based on four general and three transversal axes, the latter in relation to the 100 Government commitments.

Regarding the general axes, the approaches that will be addressed will be: Governance with justice and citizen participation; development with well-being and humanism; moral economy and work; and sustainable development.

The transversal axes contemplate: Substantive equality and women’s rights; public innovation for national technological development; and rights of indigenous and Afro-Mexican communities.
