Sidibé leaves Monaco at the end of the contract

by time news

The day after Cesc Fabregas, it was Djibril Sidibé’s turn to turn the page in his history with Monaco. After 174 matches and a title of champion of France, the right side leaves the club of the Principality. The 29-year-old French international (18 caps, 1 goal) did not extend his contract at the end of a season to 26 matches including 19 starts.

He arrived in 2016 from Lille, and spent the 2019-20 season on loan at Everton, where he managed to revive after a complicated post-World Cup season with ASM. The 2018 world champion will now seek to revive himself to claim the trip to Qatar with the Blues.
