The Council’s participation in this cultural event, placed under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI and organized under the aegis of the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication – Department of Culture, is part of the continuation of its communication strategy with the general public, the institution emphasizes in a press release.
And to note that the Council’s program includes a series of 9 conferences and other communication events, in addition to the presentation of the Council’s main publications, its attributions, activities and achievements.
The High Council of the Judiciary will open its participation with a conference that highlights the institution’s achievements and its future prospects, the statement said, adding that the program also includes a joint conference between the CSPJ, the Presidency of the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Court of Auditors on “the moralization of public life”, as well as a conference with the Competition Council on consumer guarantees between the legislature and the judiciary.
The program also includes conferences on “judicial security in the era of digitalization and artificial intelligence”, “justice and litigation: issues and challenges”, “legal and judicial guarantees of investment”, “judicial efficiency and the future of justice”, “judicial protection of human rights” and “contractual security and the requirements of development”.
Furthermore, the CSPJ stand includes the exhibition of the first issue of the Judicial Power magazine, which aims to ensure the transmission of correct information regarding the work of the Council and its initiatives, in accordance with the guidelines of its strategic plan (2021-2026).
This issue of the journal also seeks to raise awareness of the Council, its attributions, its organs and the legal texts which govern its work, in addition to highlighting its activities and achievements.
In addition to the new publications of the Council and the magistrates, the CSPJ stand will present several leaflets on the Council, the Kingdom’s judicial portal and the judicial organization.
