Ice hockey professional Christian Ehrhoff announced his final retirement from active sport on Friday evening. The silver medalist from the 2018 Olympic Games announced his retirement at his club Krefeld Pinguine’s end-of-season celebration. After more than 800 appearances in the North American professional league NHL and more than 300 DEL games after his retirement in 2018, the defender played again for his former club in Krefeld in the DEL2 at the start of the season.
