Silver prices are up – what about gold prices?

No change in jewelery gold prices in Chennai today. Thus one gram of gold is sold at Rs 5,350. Similarly, a Sawaran gold is sold for Rs 42,800. Also, the price of 24 carat gold remains unchanged at Rs 5,837 per gram today.

While the price of gold is unchanged today, the price of silver has increased. As a result, one gram of silver today rose by 50 paise to Rs 74.70 per gram. Similarly, the price of silver rose by Rs 500 to Rs 74,700 per kg.
