Thanasis Tsaltabasi: Thank you! I feel truly honored to have a whole show dedicated to me, and it’s a blessing to have my sister join us on camera for the first time.
Editor: That sounds remarkable! You mentioned that becoming a father has brought out emotions and changes within you that you weren’t aware existed. Could you elaborate on that?
Thanasis Tsaltabasi: Absolutely. The experience of fatherhood has fundamentally shifted my perspective. I realized that my “I” has become less meaningful, giving way to “we.” It’s not just about me anymore; it’s about the family and my child. That shift is profound and has altered my priorities significantly.
Editor: It’s fascinating to hear how such a personal change can also impact professional life. How have these new priorities affected your approach to your career and finances?
Thanasis Tsaltabasi: Vrey much so.My main motivation now centers around providing for my family. I approach work and financial decisions with a different mindset. It’s no longer just about me pursuing projects; it’s about what is best for my family’s future.
Editor: You mentioned the beautiful yet tiring experience of parenthood. How do you balance your responsibilities as a father with your career demands?
Thanasis Tsaltabasi: It definitely requires adjustment. My wife, Agorasti, and I spend a lot of time together, though our focus shifts to the little one much of the time. When we’re together, we don’t talk as much, as our everyday life has become a beautiful cycle of caring for our child. We are very happy despite the tiredness—it’s a rewarding journey.
Editor: It’s evident that you and Agorasti are navigating this new chapter together. How do you support each other in parenting?
Thanasis Tsaltabasi: agorasti is amazing; she often talks about how great of a dad I am. The support flows both ways. Parenting involves teamwork, and we’re always there for each other, even when the demands of a baby make it challenging.
Editor: What advice would you offer to new fathers who might potentially be feeling overwhelmed by this transformative experience?
Thanasis Tsaltabasi: My advice would be to embrace the changes. Acknowledge that your identity will shift, but that’s okay. It’s a time of growth for both you and your family. Communicate openly with your partner, share responsibilities, and make room for joy amid the chaos. Happiness comes from the little moments together.
