The system has created an opportunity to request interventions for which there is an effective legal basis
In the Electronic Services System (SEU) of the State Fund “Agriculture” (DFZ) currently has 56,432 registered farmers, and 19,228 of them have done so within 01.03.2023.
The campaign on direct payments for 2023 is the first of the new program period, DFZ recalls.
The interventions, schemes and measures included in the Strategic Plan are 51, and almost half of them will be implemented for the first time by this Campaign. In this regard, bringing the ISAK and SEU systems into compliance with the requirements for the administration of submitted applications and the implementation of control require a certain technological time. The average slope for each parcel requested for support and visible to the relevant beneficiary will be determined based on information extracted from the digital model of the relief and will be done after the delineation of the parcels is completed, and the results of these calculations will be included in the data for each specific plot in the application.
The State Fund “Agriculture” promptly develops algorithms, functionality testing and controls necessary to ensure the smooth operation of both systems. Most of them are already ready and working in ISAK.
At the moment, the SEU has created an opportunity to request interventions for which there is an effective regulatory framework. For this purpose, all up-to-date data for Campaign 2023, provided by external institutions, are loaded into the individual profiles of farmers. This includes digital geographic layers, data on the number and type of animals, reference and specialized information. The system is now open and all available functionalities are available for use by farmers. In this way, farmers are saved time and can make their own choices regarding the interventions, schemes and measures for which they wish to be supported.
Since the launch on 12.05.2023 of the opportunity to apply through the SEU for Campaign 2023 interventions, there are already 815 items. candidates, who have delineated 99,098 ha., which are included in 26,358 parcels.
A total of 26,480 have been opened for the Campaign so far statementswith which the interventions of area are applied for, with 572,878 parcels of land with a total area of 2,230,839.73 hectares outlined in them.
At the same time, interventions per animal were also declared, with 435,220 animals declared in 6,383 applications, of which 323,357 were small ruminants and 111,863 were large animals.
