Kochi: Appani Sarath’s new film “Kirkan” has been released by proving his talent as a playback singer along with acting. Last day at the promotion of the film held at Lulu, Sarath himself came with dance moves for Kirkan. The title song of Kirkan was released by Malayalam star Guru Somasundaram through Minnal Murali. The song has gone viral on social media.
Manikandan Ayyappa is composing the music for the film, which is being produced by Jobi Jose for Jobi Jose Cinemas. Directed by Josh who has worked in many films. Along with Appani Sarath, Maqbool Salman, Salim Kumar, Kani Kushmi, Vijayaraghavan, Johnny Antony, Anarkali Marakkar and others are also playing the lead roles. 27 new faces from the theater are also part of the film. The film is based on the events of a day at a police station. The shooting was completed in 28 days in and around Palakkad. The film will hit the theaters by the end of December.
