Sisbén users across the country will experience a temporary interruption in the platform’s services, as announced by the National Planning Department (DNP).
Starting today, Thursday, August 22 at 6:00 pm, all Sisbén applications, including those accessible through SisbenAPPwill be offline due to a major system update.
The DNP has reported that this interruption, which will extend until Sunday, September 1 at 11:59 p.m.., is necessary to carry out the implementation of the new version of SisbenAPP 6.0.0. During this period, maintenance tasks will be carried out that seek to improve the platform in three key areas: monitoring, security and personnel control. These improvements are designed to optimize information management and improve the targeting processes of municipal social programs.

“The new version of SisbenApp 6.0.0 introduces improvements focused on three fundamental components: monitoring, security and personnel controlensuring greater efficiency in information management and the targeting of social programs,” they said.
In Neiva, the Sisbén Office, located on the third floor of the Los Comuneros shopping center, will not provide service to the public during the maintenance period. Activities at this office will resume on Monday, September 2, with regular business hours from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm, under the peak and ID modality.
