/ US President Joe Biden continues his series of slips of the tongue that have been remarkably repeated recently. After speaking with “dead presidents,” he returns again to make Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi the president of Mexico.
Social media sites circulated, on Friday, video clips of a speech by Biden, in which he spoke about Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi and the situation in Gaza. During the speech, he slipped up and said: “Mexican President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi” instead of the Egyptian president, according to Agence France-Presse.
The funny thing is that Biden’s new gaffe came during a press conference in which he wanted to prove that he does not suffer from memory problems, after a report prepared by a special prosecutor was issued in which he described the White House master as “an old man with a weak memory.”
“Well, I’m an old man and I know what I’m doing. I don’t have a memory problem,” the octogenarian president told reporters at the White House, strongly denouncing the investigator’s report that he had forgotten the date of his son Beau Biden’s death.
