The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants Stars Reunite for Barbie Event
The sisterhood is back together! The beloved stars of the hit movie “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants” – Blake Lively, Amber Tamblyn, Alexis Bledel, and America Ferrera – reunited on Dec. 15 in New York City to support Ferrera at the SAG-AFTRA Foundation panel event for “Barbie.”
Ferrera, who plays a Mattel employee named Gloria in the movie, was joined by her “Sisterhood” co-stars as they watched her participate in the panel event. The group later took to Instagram to share a video of themselves taking selfies and other photos together, set to audio from the titular scene of the 2005 film.
“The Sisterhood came through all in pink to celebrate my performance in Barbie last night,” Ferrera wrote on Instagram on Dec. 16. “I love these women with all my heart. #SisterhoodForever.”
The reunion was not only heartwarming, but also stunning as the actresses arrived at the event in stylish ensembles. Ferrera wore a white wrap dress, Lively sported a sleeveless, short hot pink ruffled dress, Tamblyn arrived in a pastel pink pantsuit, and Bledel was dressed in a black peplum jacket over a rose knee-length dress.
Fans of the “Sisterhood” series were delighted to see the onscreen sisterhood come to life once again and were thrilled to witness the enduring bond between the four talented actresses. It’s safe to say that the sisterhood is as strong as ever!
