Kochi: Dulquer Salmaan, Mrinal Thakur and Rashmika Mandana are playing the central characters, and the lyrical video of the song from the movie Sita Ram has been released. The song Aromal Poov Polennil is sung by Suraj Santhosh. Lyrics by Vinay Sasikumar are composed by Vishal Chandrasekhar. The film will release on August 5.
Dulquer plays the role of Lt. Ram. Mrinal will appear as Seethalakshmi. Rashmika plays a Muslim character named Afreen. The film is directed by Hanu Raghavapudi.

Ashwini Dutta is producing the film under the banner of Swapna Cinemas Vyjayanthi Movies. Seetha Rama also has the distinction of being Dulquer Salmaan’s second Telugu film. The film is released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi languages. Cinematography for Sitaram, which is being produced simultaneously in Tamil and Malayalam languages, is by PS Vinod.
Apart from Dulquer, Mrinal and Rashmika, the film also stars Sumanth, Gautham Menon, Prakash Raj, Tarun Bhaskar, Shatru, Bhumika Chawla, Rukmini Vijay Kumar, Sachin Khedekar, Murali Sharma, Vennela Kishore and others.
