Skolkovo Ventures and IIDF sold stakes in IT venture BFG Group to a strategic investor

The cumulative share of Skolkovo Ventures and IIDF in the IT company BFG Group in the amount of 30% was bought by the Center for Efficient Manufacturing Solutions (CEPR), which specializes in servicing industrial equipment. A representative of Skolkovo Ventures told Vedomosti about this. The parties did not disclose the amount of the transaction and the valuation of the company.

CEPR is a group of companies that combines a range of industrial products, technologies and competencies “aimed at achieving the most efficient operation of the machine park.” Previously, the group’s flagship product was the Hydra system of the German company MPDV, one of the world’s suppliers of MES solutions, the parties to the transaction specify. German software from CEPR was acquired mainly by the Sukhoi and Irkut aircraft manufacturing companies, follows from SPARK-Interfax data.
