One million euro fine a Sky Italy for misleading information on the award of football rights to the matches of the football league of A league. This was decided by the Antitrust Authority which closed an investigation against Sky Italy ascertaining that in the spring of 2021 the company represented a situation of uncertainty regarding the award of the rights of the A leaguesuggesting the possibility for its subscribers to continue to enjoy the contents related to the championship of A leagueas happened in the previous season.

In fact, following the conclusion of the tender for the assignment of the exclusive television rights of seven Serie A matches for each matchday, Sky Italy was aware that he could not offer the package Sky Soccer in the previous composition.
