A 36-year-old woman slept with two 13-year-old boys at the same time in her son’s bedroom while he was at school. Caught and arrested, the woman was sentenced to four years in prison. The 36-year-old began sending sexual messages to one of the students on Snapchat before inviting them both to her address.
In “complete disregard for any moral compass”, the mother-of-six developed an “obsession with sex with young boys” and wanted “attention” after a break-up, a court heard. Despite begging the boys to keep it a secret, she was arrested after a video of the threesome filmed by one of the boys circulated at their school.
The woman, from Waterlooville, Hampshire, UK, wept in the dock as she was sentenced to four years in prison after admitting four counts of having sex with a child. The mother of one of the 13-year-old boys told Portsmouth Crown Court that Harris “took his childhood away”.
The facts in 2022
Prosecutor Matthew Lawson said both boys, whose names cannot be released for legal reasons, were aged 13 at the time of the incident in Waterlooville, near Portsmouth, in November 2022.
Mr Lawson told Portsmouth Crown Court: “The case came to light in January last year. A video was circulating around the school where the two boys attended. Police received a call from a concerned parent showing an adult woman engaging in sexual activity with a boy.”
As the Daily Mail reports, the court heard that the two boys initially denied their involvement, but one of them eventually told his mother. Mr Lawson said the 36-year-old was identified as the woman in the video by her distinctive hand tattoos. Police seized her phone and found a “string of messages” between her and one of the boys, which she had saved in her contacts.
The discovery after the confession of one of the boys
It was one of the boys who came forward and confessed to his mother, according to Mr Lawson: “He stated that in November 2022, around the time of the World Cup, the defendant began sending him messages on Snapchat and via text. He stated that the messages were of a sexual nature and invited both boys to his home. It was clear to both boys that they were there to have sex.”
The court heard that when they arrived at the address, the woman took them to her son’s bedroom, where they had sex for about 40 minutes and left before her son returned from school. The 36-year-old was arrested immediately. The woman was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and multiple personality disorder. The judge said the trigger for the “manic episode” that led to “erratic behavior” was a breakup with her partner.
