Basra crude oil achieved slight weekly losses, after global oil prices witnessed gains at the end of the week, after the seventh loss in a row.
Basra Heavy crude closed in its last session on Friday at an increase of $2.13, reaching $73.12, and recorded weekly losses of $1.65, equivalent to 2.21%.
While Basra Average crude closed in its last session at an increase of $2.13, reaching $75.67, and also recorded weekly losses amounting to 52 cents, or the equivalent of 0.69%.
Global oil prices rose yesterday, Friday, by about 3%, continuing to reap gains for the second session in a row, to achieve modest weekly gains, after they were raised by a mid-week announcement from the United States.
