Realme introduced the budget smartphone GT Neo6 SE, which received a screen with the current maximum peak brightness and a Qualcomm chip. This was reported by the iXBT portal, Day.Az reports with reference to Gazeta.ru.

The smartphone is equipped with a 6.78-inch LTPO OLED screen from BOE with a resolution of 1.5K (2780×1264 pixels) and a record local (in a certain area) peak brightness of 6000 nits, but the brightness in normal modes is 1000 and 1600 nits. It also claims to have protection against PWM with a frequency of 2160 Hz and tempered Gorilla Glass Victus 2, which sets the new product apart from competitors in the mid-segment.

The GT Neo6 SE is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chip, 8, 12 or 16 GB of RAM, and 256 or 512 GB of internal storage.

The main camera uses a 50 MP Sony IMX882 sensor with optical stabilization, complemented by an ultra-wide-angle module with an 8 MP IMX355 sensor. There is a 32 MP selfie camera on the front.

The 5500 mAh battery supports 100 W charging. Other features of the Realme GT Neo6 SE include support for a number of AI functions in the Realme UI 5.0 system based on Android 14 and gesture control through the front camera, the presence of an infrared port, a powerful vibration motor, NFC, an under-screen fingerprint scanner, and IP65 protection.

The new product was priced in China at a price of 1,699 yuan for the 8/256 GB version. The older model with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage will cost 2,399 yuan.
