After the head of the largest Bosnian-Serbian party, SNSD, the right-wing extremist nationalist Milorad Dodik, took concrete steps to destroy Bosnia-Herzegovina in recent weeks and threatened that the Republika Srpska part of the country would withdraw from the joint army, from joint tax collection and would withdraw all common Bosnian institutions and all decisions of the High Representative since 1995 would be overturned, a large part of the international community is responding with a policy of appeasement.
