Moscow has seen a decrease in the number of crimes due to the work of the video surveillance system, said Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin during his report to the Moscow City Duma. According to him, the number of murders fell 2.5 times, burglaries – 13 times, car thefts – nine times, and the number of deaths in road accidents – two times.
