Social activist Rail Abbasovflour is reported to be stored.
A lawyer about it Zibeyda Sadygova informed. According to him, Abbasov was stopped by the police while leaving the house on the morning of September 19 and brought to the Nasimi District Police Department: “First, he was interrogated as a witness. In the evening, he was detained as a suspect under Article 178.3.2 of the Criminal Code (When fraud is committed by causing a large amount of damage). The lawyer added that one person has a complaint about Abbasov: “However, he does not consider himself guilty.”
But he did not reveal the details of the complaint.
