An expected refusal. The deputies rejected, this Monday, the new motion of censure from the left in the Assembly (a first refusal before a predictable next one, concerning that of the RN). These two motions were triggered in response to 49.3 aimed at passing the “revenue” part of the Social Security budget without a vote.
The successive examinations of the motions tabled by the left (LFI, communists and ecologists, without the PS) and the National Rally started at 3 p.m. in the hemicycle.
With the Republicans (LR) ruling out bringing down the government on a budget, Monday’s motions suffered the same fate as those postponed almost ten days ago. Their rejections then led to adoption of the “receipts” of the state budget (PLF) at first reading.
