Italian skier Sofia Goggia, who is recovering from a serious injury, provided an optimistic update on her physical condition during her appearance at Casa Italia on the final day of the Paris 2024 Olympics. She declared herself physically recovered, despite requiring a little more time for her bones to fully heal.
Goggia also hinted at a potential return to competition, tentatively aiming to participate in the first speed races of the Beaver Creek event in mid-December. She clarified that she would skip the giant slalom races and focus on the speed events for the time being.
