Yiannis Sevdikalis and Sofia Kourtidou are the big winners of Alpha’s J2US music show, beating the other three couples who competed in Friday’s final.
The sixth season of J2US ended on Friday night, full of surprises, music and good performances, with the finalists Sotiris with Phidias, Yiannis Sevdikalis with Sofia Kourtidou, George Mautzas with Tania Breazou and Penelope Anastasopoulou with Ian Stratis saying goodbye to the fans television viewing.
The pairs of contestants sang, as well as the songs of their choice and a popular song by Yiannis Parios.
The highlight of the night, however, was when the TV audience was asked to decide the big winner. The votes were very close, with the standard being particularly high.
Finally, for the sixth season of J2US, there were the winners Yannis Sevdikalis and Sophia Kurtidouwho won the favor of the public.
Yannis Sevdikalis: “This award is for those who live on the edge”
Following the announcement, the Paralympian sent his own message, moved to appear.
“It’s very emotional for us right now. Every child deserves this award, it’s not us, it’s yours guys, it’s about all the people who live on the edge, the people who are minorities, the people who have dreams, goals. Guys this award is proof that you can do it” said Yannis Sevdikalis.
“You are the proof of my love” Sofia Kourtidou intervened.
Koklonis: “Thank you” to his partners
They had gone to the front, just before the competitive part started, The words of the presenter Nikos Koklonis for free,who wanted to thank Alfa and all his collaborators in front of and behind the cameras.
“I would like to thank the management of Alpha. This house has been lying to us for the past four years. We have had many joys and sorrows and worries. We had a good time. They treated me like their child” Nikos Koklonis said first and then thanked his partners one by one in front of and behind the cameras.
“Before I go on, I want to tell you something and whoever understood, understood. We, I told you with Pi, we will do the Just! Big hug and happy summer” Nikos Koklonis completed.
